We need the entire report.  You've cut off the information after the first few lines of Thrad 0.  We need the rest.

We also need the entire Binary Images report.  Thanks.

    Hi Bee,

How do I get this report? What I posted was all of the message that popped up - see screen captureScreen Shot 2013-02-05 at 12.41.03 PM.png

Wow, I've never seen one that short!

It looks like there's missing from /System/Library/Frameworks/Accounts.framework/.

I woud go ahead and apply the 10.7.5 COMBO Update, and see if that doesn't fix it:

    Back up all data.

Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.

Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with proxy servers, or with networks that require a certificate for authentication.

When the OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.

    By following:

    1) downloading Pacifist

    2) downloading Safari for Lion (safari6lion.pkg)

    3) Opening safari6lion.pkg in Pacifist

    4) deleting StagedFrameworks/Safari/ folder which can be found under: System/Library

    5) copy and paste StagedFrameworks/Safari/ from the opened safari6lion.pkg in Pacifist.

    Hope this helps others
