Slow Wi-Fi only on iPhones

Yesterday, I realized that my iPhone 4s was running slow on our home Wi-Fi (AT&T U-Verse with a Motorola Gateway NVG510). I have the 12 Mbps plan and typically get around 11.0-11.5 Mbps on my MacBook, MacBook Air, iPad, iPad 2, etc. But, I used Speedtest yesterday after my phone felt slow and it is getting 1.5-3.0 Mbps at the most.

The weird thing is that, up until now, my iPhone has tested at the same 11.0-11.5 that all my other devices get. I also checked my girlfriend's 4s and hers is going slow as well (1.5-3.0 Mbps).

Why are the two iPhones the only things that are going slow on Wi-Fi? I haven't changed any settings on the phone or to our home network (nor do I even know how to!). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I have restarted the wireless gateway and restarted both phones with no change to Wi-Fi speed.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
