Yes I am aware that there is a fix for this. but I work with 20+ Printers, and I am TIRED of

erasing my entire list of printers to add one because it's not on the list.  Then RE-ADD all

20 printers this is happening at least three times a week.  Is there another way refresh

the list without deleting it all??

It has happened a few times when In the middle of adding all the printers suddenly the

list is gone.  It is frustrating that I'm adding printer #15 and all of a suddent the list is

gone again which means I have to reset the entire list and start over.

i have all the updates. im 10.7.5 on mac book pro

Hi, I highly suspect some Disk corruption, anyway, we need to fix or find out the cause rather than treating the symptom.

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

Try to report if the Disk had any errors fixed, not the Permissions.
