Mar 1, 2013 3:30 AM in response to Boo 3by Kyleo.ausssg,I havent called them yet but basically, i made my ID with security questions like where were you born? and whats your favourite song? then i went to buy something and it asked me: where was your favourite job? What is the name of your favourite job? even though im working at my first job now. Itunes says go to cusomer support if you forgot your questions, did that but then it asks for the answers to them to reset them. I have $50 on a voucher on this account! I've been told they do this because the only way to solve it is to make you add your credit card details. All this will really do in the end is make more itunes users download their songs for free...

Jul 12, 2013 4:51 AM in response to happygal134by Ihateyou234,there is nuther to say that there is a reset button

Jul 13, 2013 3:41 AM in response to Ihateyou234by Cristian Radu,I just emailed them, because in the KB they say about the reset button but there isn't one.. whenever you click "Password and Security" you are asked to answer two of the three questions to advance.. and I don't know how you can advance to reset them since, in first place, YOU DON'T REMEMBER THEM! whatever product manager approved this flow is clearly not from around this planet.. he needs to revise the process and think that there is enough security since you are firs logged in to your apple ID account and then in your email account... ugh!!!

Jul 13, 2013 4:56 AM in response to Boo 3by Lesocute,Reset your security questions? Call apple, if you can verify your account ( credit card info or you can receive a verification code to your phone) final steps, they will ask you to login to your appleid.apple.com > password Security > and Click "Temporary Support Pin. if you can provide that, your account security questions will be reset.
