Maybe explain what you mean by "clean your contacts" ... do you mean duplicates? Since you're on Android your contacts are in your GMail account, right? Google has a "Find and merge duplicates" utility built into GMail, just go to contacts and click the More dropdown to find it.
Assuming your contacts are in GMail, and that you want to keep them there, you can auto-sync them to your iPhone. That way any new contacts you create on your iPhone get pushed to your GMail account, and if you ever have to restore your iPhone you get your contacts back. To do that you set your GMail account up as an Exchange or CarDAV type account, not the standard GMail template in the iOS settings, you can read how to do that here:

What I mean by Clean my contacts is as I wrote...and as I just checked on my ANDROID phone right now I have 5240 contacts in my %$#^%$ phone book. All my GMAIL contacts got dumped into my phone if you can imagine that. Most people cannot.
So I want to selectively clean the contacts to only the ones I use or know or at least contacts with phone numbers....
