After upgrading my late-2006 Mac Pro to Lion, iTunes 10.7 (and only iTunes) eventually causes all open windows to distort and effectively become unusable.  Sometimes things can be restored temporarily by shifting windows with Mission Control function keys, but eventually it returns and ultimately forces a reboot.

I haven't upgraded to iTunes 11 because I love using Cover Flow, and I'm suspicious that it wouldn't solve this problem.

This behavior isn't immediate, sometimes it takes a few songs, and iTunes can be the only open application at the time, it's definitely iTunes that does it.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm uploading a few screen captures the system let me do while iTunes was playing.

Any help would be appreciated!
