Sometimes you want to view all the layers seperately without making them a compound clip but the risk in doing so is that sometimes when you import, drag or move other clip before or after them ...due to insertion of slugs or import of longer clips, already edited clips move from their positions, and sometimes you don't even realize it ....like the case of several small bit on a fixed audio track in a music video........it there a suggestion to keep these clips anchored/locked to the layer(various portions of the audio layer) not changing their position.....and other inserted or moved clips move in the empty postions/space above or below without disturbing them...?
