AGAIN : CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE

You don't need to access the Store to Reset your network settings as I put in my previous post or to reset your router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. Did you try this.

Unplug the power cord that goes from the router to the wall plug for 2 minutes. Then plug it back in and wait for it to reset.

Then the problem may be with your cell provider. Try using the WiFi connection instead.

after the upgrade i was using wifi at work and the apps were not working..
