What iOS are you running? Have you tried pairing any other Bluetooth devices? There might be a hardware problem.

My iPad "see" the keyboard among Bluetooth tools, but I can't pair them. It says that I have to give a code than use Return, but there's no any possibilities to type this four numbers.
Do I make a mistake or it's a hardware problem? I didn't try to pair with any other Bluetooth tool yet.
I have a brand new iPad with Retina display, but I don't know the version of iOS.
Thanks for your help!

What do you mean it isn't possible to type in the 4 numbers?

There's a message on the screen: "type code xxxx than use Return .... " The numbers change every time - so I don't understand it.
