Which App store are you referring to, the one in iTunes for IOS based apps or the Mac App Store for OS X?

    Hi Isabella,

Need a little more information here - what do you mean it will not connect? What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message? Does the screen come up, but the little "connect" wheel just goes around and around? What is happening when you click on the icon?

We'd like to help, but cannot really do so with so little information from you....

    Cheers,

In the Mac App Store click Quick Links - Support - and follow the appropriate links. BTW please complete your profile, not having one makes it extermely difficult for those trying to assist. We don't even know what version of OS X you have installed.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode then restart normally and test.

Also search Error 1202 on these forums - it seems to crop up a lot, so there may be some threads with other suggestions.
