Hi,

My emails are organized by conversation. Great feature.

My problem is that I sometime receives hundreds of emails in one conversation and I delete some of them and only keep good ones.

I try to select multiple emails at once using cmd or shift: no success. I can only select one email at a time and therefore delete emails one by one OR the whole conversation...

Any idea ?

Not a lot of help, but I can tell you that it SHOULD work.  It works as expected with shift and/or command on my machine.

This always makes me think some third party software is interfering, but I can't imagine what it would be.

Where are you trying to select them? Try this: Unfold the conversation in the message list by clicking the count number (in the little gray button). Now you can see the individual messages in the message list. Select them there.

I see. Somehow I don't have mail configured the same way you do and I can't reproduce your problem. No matter how I mangle my preferences, I can select multiple messages in the message list (not in the preview window).

Are you selecting the messages in the right pane, or in the left pane?  You can only do it in the left pane.
