First: Don't delete the 'shortname' key unless/until you are certain you won't need any of its contents!
Your Mac account must have been migrated from much earlier system versions, probably through multiple migrations, while your brother's account was created by a more recent system. (The earliest versions of Mac OS X used the shortname; later systems used "login" instead. The switch happened before 10.4.11, the earliest test system I have handy.)
You can consolidate your items shortname and login keychain items into one or the other. You can move items between keychains by dragging, or you can copy items with Edit > Copy and Edit > Paste.
Mark I too am getting request each time I restart iMac that "Mail wants to access keychain". I don't know what you mean from this pic which thing to move to where? Please explain:(I blocked out pers.info in pic)
I didn't make a specific suggestion to the previous poster, and I don't have a specific suggestion for you.
Mail will want access to some keychain if you told it to save passwords; that's where it saves them. The keychain named "login" (the top one at the left of your picture) is usually unlocked when you log in. If your mail password is stored in a keychain not currently unlocked, the system will ask if it is OK for Mail to access that keychain.
You have five keychains. Three (login, System, and System Roots) are standard. I can guess that the Symantec keychain is used by some Symantec software you have installed. I have no idea what the one that starts "Priva" and ends "tedDatak" is.
The message you get should indicate the name of the keychain that Mail is trying to access. (In the original question, 'Mail wants to us the "pattygeorge" keychain", "pattygeorge" was the keychain name.) If you want to have the mail passwords available to Mail without prompting, you can move their entries from a locked keychain to one that is already unlocked when Mail wants to access them.
The mail passwords should be of type "Internet password" and should have names corresponding to the names of your mail servers. For example, imap.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com for Gmail reading and sending respectively.

The Priva-tedDatak is: PrivateEncryptedDatak that I guess was auto-added by the ADOBE.APS app.

So in the picture above where exactly is the place to move from locked to unlocked? Which area in picture do I find the MAIL(what is exact name inside to move) LOCKED thing to move to some UNLOCKED place? Sorry need more explanation.

I tried to be observant of when this is happening. I just tried to test by restarting computer and it did not ask for. Then I closed and reopened Mail and it did not ask for. I think it was happening after putting to SLEEP over night ALL the time, but tried to sleep it few min's now and reopen and it didn't ask. Then I was sending an email to someone and it asked for, but did not ask for every time I send out. I guess it's not consistent what prompts it, but seems to happen "frequently" haha!

Hmmm... Looks like your "login" keychain password no longer matches the login password of the account you are using, or you have "Lock after X minutes of inactivity" (or maybe "Lock when sleeping") set in the "login" Keychain Settings. (To check the latter, open Keychain Access, right-click on the "login" keychain in the left column, and select "Change Setting for Keychain 'login'".)
You will have to decide whether you would rather have the items checked (for better security) or unchecked (for more convenience).
This is an entirely different situation than the one for which I was suggesting moving keychain items around.
THAT fixed it Mark! THANKS! I did not know that right-click setting was there!
I never had set anything in the past in this location and never had that happening, so I wonder if it was set that way as part of the recent update from OS 10.8.1 to 10.8.2? If so why doesn't Apple tell us when they change our settings inside hidden update parts?
