Try holding down Ctrl and Shift when starting iTunes. (places iTunes in Safe mode.)
Or try using Windows Event Viewer and see if that gives you a clue - "EVENTVWR"
Note the exact time you start iTunes.

Hi Jim, thanks for the relpy.
Safe mode didn't help. And I don't see anything relating to iTunes in the event viewer. I guess that means it's not a crash, but rather iTunes exiting on it's own.
