plug in blocked. what do I need to do?

    Uninstall the old Flash plugin >  Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS


    Then reinstall new here >

    I copied this from some one else and it worked perfectly!!!


    Download and Install Adobe Flash from the website, not through the youtube window.

    Before opening Safari, go to Mac HD > Library > Internet Plug-Ins > Delete any of the adobe files with a line next to them, and delete any files called Flash Player.plugin that weren't created today. You should be left with only two... Flash Player.plugin and Flashplayer.xpt

    I had silverlight issues with netflix and called microsoft for help. they did controlled access of my computer and deleted a few files in my internet plugins and library/preferences.  now i am unable to upgrade my adobe flash player. it is uninstalled but my macbook pro says unable to find application to open adobe flash player.  i hav tried safari, chrome and firefox and it doesnt work. i have reinstalled chrome and same issue.  unable to uninstall safari to reinstall it.


    how can i get flash working again?
