I would like to try this however my keyboard generally doesn't respond till the computer finishes loading, my point is how do I run these diagnostics? I've tried to hold the "D" key but the computer just loads regularly.

To have these Startup "snag keys" work, your keyboard must be on a USB port directly on the chassis, not on a display or any other Hub.
