Potential Email Scam

I got an email saying it was from Apple this morning with the content in below.  I followed the link in mail (maybe stupidly) and accessed my iTunes account. It did have all my details correctly in there already but it's only after doing it I've realised it could be a scam.  How can I tell if this is genuine or not?
