Streming is staggered (plays stops plays). Streaming connects then buffers or stops.

    Is there supposed to be a question here?

     

    If you are asking why this happens, the most common reason is that the playback data rate of the file excedes the ISP data delivery rate. The most common solution for Fast Start progressive playback is to stop playback manually to allow additional data to buffer or allow the entire file to cache to your system. If an RSTP streamed file, select a lower resolution version of the file if avaiable. (Most commercial sites would do this automatically if multiple versions of the same content were created for the server.)
