TS1702 Free app, upgraded to paid app

I upgraded a free app to a paid app on my iphone and then deleted it by accident.  It had not yet had the opportunity to sync onto my pc.  Upon downloading the original app again I seem unable to use the upgraded version without paying again.  I have just received my receipt, my software is all updated, but as soon as I try and use the original app it comes up with it's free limitation and wants to upgrade and charge me again. 

 

When i look under updated apps on my iphone it is not there and when i look under purchased apps on my iphone, two other apps that I purchased at the same time appear but not the third that i am having trouble with. I have it sorted in recent order and although the original is there much further down the upgrade I would have thought should have moved it into a more recent position.   The app in question is called
