I'm new to Mac and to Aperture. I want to group Projects together but I don't know how.

    You could create a folder, and then put the projects in that folder.  Then, if you click on the folder, you'll see all the photos from all the projects within that folder.  That's what I do all the time. 

     

    I often set up filters on the folder, i.e. showing only photos of 3 stars or above, where I don't set filters on the projects themselves so clicking on them will show me all photos in that project.
