I just did a backup to Time Machine (TM) and it had to erase previous backups on my backup HD because it needed space.  I saw it kept my backup from January 30th, 2013 though.  Now I want to see my address book data from the January 30th backup, but I can't find it.  Where is my user's Address Book data if I navigate through Finder windows?  Is it in home/library???  Also, when I'm in the Address book application, enter TM via the menu bar, the right side shows "January 30, 2013" but if I click on the date, no movement of a previous window is shown, displayed or offered to restore to.  This is why I would like to scroll through and find the data in the finder because I want to assure that my January 30th back up is really there.
