Q: how to start the ipad after updating

Hi..

This is marcela samnoy

I had an ipad 4 with 3g..

And i encounter some problem.

I did updating my ipad through my mac laptop..

Then when it was finished updating it was suddenly could not manage to open it.

So anyone can please help me how to start my ipad 4.
