The first thing to try would be a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If that does not work you can try to restore the device, first from a backup and if it doesn't help, then as a new device. If those do not work, then a trip to the Apple Genius bar would be in order.

Hi Chris, I have done allready "reset all" more times. Even I upgrade IOS 6.1. Nothing is changed. I'm afraid sounds like a batery problem. I will phone to iphone service center.

If the reset and/or restore do not change anything, your only recourse is the Apple store, or it sounds like an authorized Apple service provider.
