    HI,

This Title sounds like what I have.

Treat me like a newbie on this (Lots of details please)

I have an iMac which is now running Mountain Lion.

I am sure that early on it asked me to update or change to the Purchased item some time ago.

However I only really use Garage Band now and then  (Last time  was on my G4 in Leopard to create Ringtones).

    I wanted to something similar.

Garageband causes Little Snitch to tell me it wants to connect to a Download.

It puts up this panel saying thank you for Purchasing.... it's a 1.6Mb download and "may take some Time"

23-24 minutes later I get asked to verify changes and it  takes a few more minute to Finish.

    The app then Quits

Relaunching just starts the process over again.
