Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this bug or found a workaround. When I type in my home address that has a "1/2," Maps ignores any text entered before the "2."

For example, if I type "1232 1/2 N Fairfax Ave Los Angeles CA," Maps corrects the address to "2 N Fairfax Los Angeles CA." Everything that comes before the "2" gets erased!

Many addresses here in LA have 1/2 in them as it's used to indicate individual apartments in a single building. These are legit, USPS verified addresses and Google (http://goo.gl/maps/lo8Q3) and UPS have no trouble recognizing these addresses.

I've reported the problem ad nauseum through the Maps app to no avail. No one over there is listening.

Anyone else have this problem or found a solution?
