All songs that I purchased though the iTunes store appear in my library as they should. However, 1 song quits after 10 seconds. I purchased others songs from the same album and have no problem. If you're streaming it, or if the above solution doesn't work, try re-booting the computer (you don't have to do that as often on Macs as PCs, but sometimes it's still necessary).

Feb 13, 2013 1:19 PM in response to ejpreby raja521,The song was downloaded from the iTunes Store. I have rebooted but it does not help. When I try to delete I do not get a splash asking me if I want to delete it from cloud. I do get one the asks me if I want to move the selected song to the Trash, or keep it in the iTunes Media folder? I'm trying to avoid paying for the song again. Any other suggestion?

Feb 13, 2013 1:35 PM in response to raja521by ejpre,★HelpfulTry moving it to the trash. You'll be able to download it again. If that doesn't work, then it sounds like the song is actually corrupted at the store. I'd email the iTunes Store.
