iPadMini not charging

I went to my daughter's home  she also has an iPad and found that my cord is not working. Brand new....I will return it to the Apple Store this weekend.

    It's covered by warranty. Apple produces millions of these devices, and even if it's 99.99% perfect, that means tens of thousands of the USB cables or charges could be defective upon shipment. It was just bad luck.


    They'll replace it immediately, but it's also important that they check to see if it's not something else, like an issue with your Lightning port on your iPad Mini.
