For this kind of problem you might do best if you contacted Orange technical support/help. They can work the problem with you in real-time.
I assume that your Netgear WiFi router is connected to your DSL or cable modem and that your PC is wired to the router? If so, and the PC is not working, the configuration in the router may not be correct with respect to your modem or your cabling is incorrect.
