As a wild guess, if you are asking how to use an iPhone purchased
in US with a wireless carrier in your country: contact the wireless
carrier to which the iPhone is locked and ask if you qualify for
unlocking. Only the wireless carrier to which the iPhone is locked
can unlock it.
If you are asking how to get warranty service on an iPhone purchased
in US: you must return the iPhone to the US as warranty is valid
only in country of original purchase. You must return the iPhone
personally or send to friend/relative in US to take to Apple. Apple
does not accept international shipments for repair nor will Apple
send out of the country after repair. All shipping costs and
insurance are your responsibility.
