The best option is to check with your email provider to see they offer such a feature on your account, and if so set it up there. It is possible to do using rules in your email application on your computer, but that requires that the computer be on, awake, logged in to your user account and the email application running at all times, something usually not desirable for security reasons.

If it is done at all, this should only be done at your email server. If they do not offer this service, then forget the whole thing. Seriously. Do not attempt to roll your own with Rules. The pitfalls are numerous and grave.
(Do you want to reply to spam? Are you subscribed to any email lists? What if you receive an announcement email that you are not supposed to reply to? What if the result of replying anyway is another automated message? Think about that for a while.)
