Is that with an "iTunes has stopped working" message?
If so, just in case, try gn_id's suggestion from the following post:

I did everything that gn_id said to do. When I went to fix it, it says that I don't need it. So the fix it doesn't work for me and I'm still unable to get onto the itunes store. I'm running windows 7... I uninstalled it, installed it, re-downloaded quicktime. I'm pulling my hair out on this!
