Recently, I have noticed that when checking emails on my iPhone 4S and also on my MBP using Outlook 2011 for Mac, I am having to delete emails seperately on each device.

What used to happen was I could delete or read emails on one device and then check emails on the other device and both would be identical emails in the Inbox, the same emails would have been moved to a folder and the same emails deleted. But not now! I have to delete already deleted emails in Outlook on my iPhone.

Please can someone help me and get my devices 'talking' to each other again?

Thank you
