Feb 14, 2013 6:19 PM in response to Eric Rootby Philosofy1962,I moved 3 years of emails to an archive mailbox, but still not getting new mail. I'll try to check to see if we have that updated service pack. In the past, changing my password worked, and once it just started working again on its own.
