There is no camera roll download pop up after connected to iTune, to solve that I used Photo Transfer App to download the Photos, but how can I delete the photos in the camera rolls, as there are 9000 photos in the camera roll more

You can do this manually by entering the Camera roll, tapping the EDIT button on the top-right, selecting a number of photos (a red check mark will appear over each selected photo), then tappig the delete button.
