You appear to be confusing the version of the OS and the iTunes application. To see which version of OS X you have pull down the Apple menu and select "about this Mac." To see the version of iTunes pull down the application menu (the menu that says iTunes) and select "about iTunes."

Yes siree thats what happened I have iTunes 11 and OS 7.1 but the iTunes is not really that good anymore, It's lacking something that is for sure. It doesn't even bring up the artists album cover anymore. Thank you for the replly I looked at the OS and there is something going on here that I don't like. It seems that this machine is being run remotely by someone on some vpn network frame. I will keep on the dig to find out what it is.

I believe you mean you have OS X 10.7.1. OS 7.1 is from the early 90s.
It is highly unlikely that your computer is being controlled remotely unless you have allowed someone access to it to enable that. Out of the box, there really isn't any way for someone to gain control of your computer remotely.
You should post your question in the Mac OS X 10.7 forum <https://discussions.apple.com/community/mac_os/mac_os_x_v10.7_lion> since the iTunes Match forum is not really the most appropriate place to get help.

It was actualy the model number ot the macbook 7.1 Thank you for helping me out in my blunder. As far as being controled remotely it is possible. I have found my neigbours travel iteniary last year before he vent to Puerto Valarta so I brought it up to him and he couln't give me an answer because we have never emailed each other or even had much of a conversation. So he was here and we were trying to figure out why the airport was jumping to a network with lower signal strenghth when I shut the lid on it. Then I figered out that the automatic selection was on. So I made it a manual connection and It hasn't jumped from network to network anymore.
