Every time i purchase using my credit card, An amount of 1$ is deducted from my account. After that the actual value of the product (app) is deducted (this may usually take 1 week more). What is this?. I know my credit card has been verified, and i have been using for long time. I been using iphone and ipad on the same id.

But it was not before. I was charged what i purchase. Now everything changed? why????...

What ridiculous procedure is this?. I lost more than 5$ due to this.

what

Are you adding or changing the credit card details or your account's name/address each time you purchase something ? If you are then you will probably receive a $1 temporary store holding charge to check that the card is valid and still active - the $1 should disappear within a few days : store holding charge.

You can contact iTunes support via this page (these are user-to-user forums, Apple don't read/post here) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
