I would go into system preferences->Language & Text->Input Sources
there I would expect to find some sort of excotic keyboard language setup where
r and o have diffrent locations

My wireless keyboard stopped typing 'r' and now seems to want to type 'o' after half the other letters.
It's just gone nuts.
What exactly do you get when you type asdfg?
If you can borrow another wireless or usb keyboard someplace, try that and see if it works. If it does, it means the one you have has somehow gotten damaged and needs repair or replacement.

Test this with another keyboard. Is it the keyboard?
