Now I need to buy some accesories, I am looking to get a good webcam, do you guys have any suggestion?

I would love to buy the iSight but I am not sure if that one will work with mac mini.

I'd recommend a new Mac-compatible USB cam that offers a current manufacturer's warranty instead of any external iSight.  Some examples of current compatible cams are described at  http://www.mac-compatible-web-cam.com/.   Don't add any OS X software that comes with the camera to your Mac.  OS X already has everything it needs for Mac-compatible cams.

BTW- If the old external iSight you have/get still works, it should work with a new Mac mini. You'll need adapters or a cable to connect the mini;s Firewire 800 port to the Firewire 400 iSight.  (Due to the age of existing external iSights, a USB cam will be a more reliable choice.)
