Thanks for the answer,
do you think it might be the motherboard. I have already changed twice the Hard drive.TheApple store service guy told me that me that there are no issues with the computer but I am still worried. Now everything is working (except the battery).

If your MBP functions with the power adapter, then there should be no problem with the logic board. Note that the OS will degrade the performance with out a battery connected.
It sounds that the battery is your problem, nothing else. If it is an Apple battery, you should be able to get a replacement. If it is a third party battery, then you may have been a victim of some of the very inferior knockoffs that are available.

Thank you for the help!
I hope this is the problem.
Actually the battery in is not an Apple battery
So soon as I can I will change it with the original one.
I don't have the expired original battery to Give back to Apple.
Because I've moved and I left it in Italy.
How and where can I buy the new One?
Thanks a lot again.

My first choice would be Apple. either on line or a store. If you are in the U. S. A. my second choice is OWC. Third party batteries, especially the low price ones turn out to be very poor performers too often and in the end you may spend more money than purchasing the admittedly high priced Apple battery.
