It almost sounds like there's an Audio Mixer feature coming...

    the 'timing' is interesting ...

how long does it take to develop and code such an application …?

I would have expect such a job posting a year earlier ... or so.

    … still eagerly awaiting some

'looking for expert devolping 3D-animation software' …

… Maya/Cinema for the rest of us!

Do you mean just an Audio Mixer module or the whole thing?

    … the very whole thing!

    two things to mention:

    • Logic lacks an X-version

    • "skeuomorphism is dead!"

without 'knobs&sliders', how should it look like?

so, the timing IS of interest .....

In software development, throwing more programmers at big problems can make things go slower and worse overall. "Small, focused teams" - you know who said that.

So the timing makes sense to me.

Skeumorphism isn't a horse you beat the complete stuffing out of

I think mixers will always be knobs & sliders. Maybe on a textile or used-denim background
