Carrier unlock? ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can do this. Contact that carrier and ask if they ofer this service and if you qualify.

Passcode unlock? Do as the manual says and restore your iphone.

Something else?

tried that tmobile told me as i have already closed the account apple is probably the only one who can give me the pin number

Apple can do nothing at all.

ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it. No one else at all. Not Apple, no one but the carrier to which it is locked.

If they will not do it, then it cannot be unlocked.
