No, but you'll have to change all the passwords to all your accounts to make sure it is secure again.
This isn't a virus but a spam bot (hopefully) that figured out your password and is now using your account to send mail to your contacts.

The virus in the email can have no effect on your iPad. The source of the rogue emails was not your iPad. Check your PC and make sure that your email account has not been compromised. There is no anti-virus software for the iPad since none is necessary.
The assumption here is, of course that you have NOT jailbroken your iPad.
