Exactly which year model Mac Mini do you have...?

see > How to identify Mac mini models

I'm pretty sure that only works on the latest 2012 models with the Intel HD Graphics 4000 chip.

Hi kkinyog, I suppose you mean from 256MB to 512MB video ram....

It was more than a year ago when I increased the ram. I don't remember having any problems. Of course the ram has to be compatible. And if I remember rightly I only had to reboot for it to show up.

    Good Luck !

Thanks for the update rohan.ventura, I wasn't sure if it also worked with the Intel HD Graphics 3000 as well.

I know that is does not with the NVIDIA GeForce 320M in my 2010 and pretty sure the 2011 Radeon HD 6630M chips.
