TS3988 After I sign in with my Apple ID and I try to enter to my applications, I receive a "there was a problem loading the application" message.

After I sign in with my Apple ID to iCloud.com and I try to enter to my applications, I receive a "there was a problem loading the application" message. Why is this? I had been able to open my email, reminders and notes, however after I changed my address information to my apple ID, I started having this problem. Everything else in my iPad and other devices seem to work fine, but if I try to open it from iCloud.com, it does not open.
