TS1741 Apple TV won't pull up the movie options when I select the Movie app?

All of the apps on the Apple TV work except the Movies app.  When I select it, the screen goes black for about five seconds and then it takes me back to the home screen. Any suggestions?  It does this no matter which remote I use. My software has been updated and I've tried restarting.
