Needing a break-down of this "other" block in memory

In my iPhone memory, "other" is by far the largest block of memory in my phone's usage --- and is really threatening to overload my phone's memory. I really wish I could get a slightly more specific break-down of what is in this "other" so that I can *maybe* make an informed decision which apps to jettison to deal with this looming crisis that threatens to crash down on me any day now.

Is there any way to get *some* idea what is in all this "other"? Seriously, if there's a specific app or group of apps that are hogging up all of my iPhone's memory, I'd really like to know which one(s) are responsible --- so that I can determine if these apps are worth keeping.

I'd rather not go blind-foldedly deleting apps till I find the one that is causing the problem --- it's much better to make informed decisions which apps to axe. Any idea how to go about this?
