What did the game makers have to say? Did you check their Forum? Its here:
Thanks for your quick reply, the question was for 2011 version...
Below link has been viewed over 300 times in 4 days, so i'm not allone.
Anybody solved this allready?
This may sound like a dumb question: But is the game compatible with your hardware and OS version? - Do check what the manufacturer says.
Secondly, a license key error means that your computer/account hasnt been verified for the purchase from the App Store.
There's one of two possible causes:
1. Get in touch with the manufacturer and state all that has happened. They could give you a key by email.
2. Report it to Apple as a possible bug: http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html
Btw, the next time you do any online purchase, take a screen shot of the final details where you can also see your name, credit card details, amount, etc. This is for your own use as well as for any problems such as this one.
Hit something there?
In the store it notes just os 10.6.1 ... Got that so no problem.
But looking elswhere I find:
Mac OS X 10.5.8, 10.6.1
CPU 3 GHz
Nvidia Geforce 8600, Radeon X1600 graphics card or better (minimum 256 MB VRAM)
2 GB RAM
Download-Size: 300 MB
Installations-Size: 1 GB
Mac running 3 GHZ??? making it only possible to play this game on a € 2.500,00 + configuration?
Anybody running this game on mac book pro core I5 2,4 GHZ?
PS'thanks for the last remark... Missed it, money was taken but did not get confirmation mail!!
Well, if it says that you require the 3 GHz speed and the OS 10.6.1 version of OS X, then you're out of luck! Strange though that the game manufacturer hasnt upgraded the game to the latest version by now.
Check under the 'Purchases' tab in the App Store for your purchase. Everything that you have ever purchased should be there.
