I have the iPhone 5 and I keep getting a pop-up when I change my alarm times. It keeps asking me if I want to download over cellular network. I do use songs from my library, but I don't understand why I need to download or what exactly I'm downloading.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1

Same problem.  Anyone know what's going on?

Yes, what is the story here? Occurs for me when wifi is off but 3G data is on. And using a song that is stored on the phone. Why and what is it wanting to download over cellular network? Using 6.1.3 on a 5.

    Yeah - me too.

There is a post in another thread that suggests:

Try Settings > General > About > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking: ON

    and Reset Advertising Identifier.

Also Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data in Settings > Safari

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

It didn't work for me though.
