Feb 19, 2013 11:23 AM in response to menzbuaby menzbua,The next Problem i think is that the Directory /Library/Server/Mail/ is not on my Mac. Is it possibe to complete reconfigure the Mailserver? I also have no serveradmin cli tool on the upgradet mac. It seems to be something went wrong.

Feb 20, 2013 4:18 AM in response to menzbuaby UptimeJeff,You might want to redownload the server app from the app store (don't copy it from another machine, it has very specific permissions that are easy to break). This should setup the /Library/Server/Mail/Config folder and give you functioning serveradmin CLI.
From there, you can check settings
sudo serveradmin settings mail
If this is an office and you need the server running ASAP, you might want to roll-back to the clone you made before upgraded (always best to clone before an update) and retry the process when you can take the sever down without consequence.
