Feb 20, 2013 2:21 AM in response to infomagickby shanefromtx,I noticed a improvement immediately, but it's not 100%.
Before, with iOS 6.1, if I went into my bedroom (about 30ft from my router) my wifi signal would get real weak, making streaming video content impossible from that distance. Now with iOS 6.1.2, sometimes I get a real good signal in my bedroom, and sometimes I can't. It's real random. Like, a video won't load so I'll close it out and try again, and the next time it might load no problem.
Anyone else notice an improvement with the iOS 6.1.2 update?

You can substitute the word iphone with the device you have. I think is the only way to have faster updates.

Feb 22, 2013 1:20 PM in response to dianafromsanta monicaby joomladoneright,Not sure if this will fix anyones issue...but it did fix mine. Here's what I did:
1. Unplugged my modem and diconnected cables
2. Unplugged router
3. Powered off all iOS devices
4. Waited a full 60 secs.
5. Replugged in Modem and cables...waited until it completly rebooted (about 1 min 30secs)
6. Replugged in Router waited for full reboot (about 30 secs.)
7. Powered up my iOS devices
For me it was a DNS issue and this resolved it...haven't had a connectivity issue since.

Feb 22, 2013 1:28 PM in response to joomladonerightby dianafromsanta monica,Yep, it did...I actually tried this prior to getting your response--I had just gotten a new modem/router from TWC, so I figured it would be up to date...and it had connected prior to the IOS upgrade. But, yes, once I disconnected and reconnected the modem/router, reset the IOS devices, they all found one another :-)

Feb 22, 2013 3:55 PM in response to Roxy10101010by edeling germany,No real improvement with 6.1.2 iPhone 3GS. After 3 meters away from router, no WIFI but 3G - eating up the mobile data contingent from the provider :-(
By the way - did anyone of you out there has a problem with GPS receive? I have, since 6.1 . My car traffic app, working fine before upgrading, has absolutely no radio reception anymore in the car.
Apple, tell us, whats going on? The PR reputation is gonna go more and more worse for ya momentarily

For tarafromlistowel, There is Important Bad News in iOS 6.1.2
In calendar, when you adding events, and looks spelled incorrectly called "Invitees"
In Wifi, there is same problem on most people!
Look my discussion here: -NEED HELP- iOS 6.1.2 in Calendar App for Adding Events BUG (And Spelled Incorrectly: Invitees)
Here's what I did already:
Asked for iPod Touch Feedback
Well, wait until iOS 6.1.3 arrives.
Thank you for understanding.

Feb 24, 2013 11:34 AM in response to Roxy10101010by irond,Finally we changed device. We were still in warranty time. Apple staff told us that some functions as the wifi seemed to be in standby mode, so them changed our 4S.

Apple MusicYou seem to be posting this all over these boards, and I'll respond to you again... "Invitee" means an invited Person. This is the section where you list your "Invitees." It's not a bug, nor a spelling error. It's 100% correct as it is.
