I'd like to buy an Air Port Extreme for my office. What about connecting a "big" printer or multifunctionnal product to this base? Will I be able to print from iPad as I print on an AirPrint printer? Thanks for help.

In this case, do I need to install App or anything else such as drivers??

No. Printing only, no network scanning. Photocopying and faxing would work anyway as they don't require networking. Scanning would work if you unplugged the printer from the Extreme temporarily.

Not out of the box. You could try downloading an app like PrintCentral, but this isn't AirPrint and isn't supported by Apple. The AirPort range don't add AirPrint capabilities.
